We have a combined 30 years of experience in the business. We have the biggest network of top notch audio visual technicians in the state of Arizona and we can confidently crew shows of any type, style, and size with only the best technicians in the field. Our technicians have knowledge in all aspects of the job with years of experience in corporate America and pride themselves in their technical skills as well as communication skills and one on one, face-to-face dealings with the client and producers. We work with only the upmost safety in mind for the whole team involved and we are fully insured for added security and value.

Our Mission

All Tech Crewing’s purpose is to be a one stop solution for all of the production and operational needs of our clients. When it comes to filling show positions, we operate at any level. This includes pre-and post production, technical directing, to stage hand and carpentry etc. We have the experienced technicians that have you in mind. We are not your average “labor” or “stagehand” company as all of our team are legit “Technicians” who are client oriented. Expect service and professionalism unlike what you’re probably used to anywhere else.

We want our clients to keep us in mind for all of their future shows. Whatever city our clients find themselves in, All Tech Crewing wants to be the “go to” company for technicians as our road map consists of branching out into neighboring cities as well. Eventually growing to nationwide locations and operations in multiple cities.

Dustin Ordner

I have been in the business for 25 years. My main trade has been as a video engineer for corporate events. I've operated as a lighting and audio technician as well. I’ve worked and traveled with the best techs in the business from all around the country and have put together a network of experienced professionals that is second to none.

Shane Lloyd

I have been in the business for over 5 years spending most of my time as a lighting designer and master electrician. I have explored all of the audio visual fields and have worked with all of the top leads and techs in the Phoenix area.
